Dr. Sara Adar is a John Searle Assistant Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. She obtained her Sc.D. in Environmental Health from Harvard University School of Public Health and her M.H.S. in Environmental Health Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. Dr. Adar’s research focuses on the human health effects of air pollution, especially those from motor vehicles, with a growing interest in identifying intervention strategies reduce exposures and improve health.
