Nicole Trujillo-Pagán, PhD, MA

Associate Professor, Sociology

Dr. Trujillo-Pagán is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Wayne State University. She graduated with her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Trujillo-Pagán’s research interests center on Latina/Latino sociology. She is particularly interested in immigration and race/ethnicity.  Her recent research focuses on state and federal policies surrounding immigration and the relationship between policing immigration and the broader erosion of citizenship rights.
