Dr. Linda Jaber is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Wayne State University Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She obtained her Pharm.D. from Wayne State University. Dr. Jaber is a national expert in diabetes treatment. Her studies of risk factors among Arab Americans provide the first representative, population-based, cross-sectional estimates of diabetes incidence in this ethnic group. Her research has also focused on determining responses of patients with type 2 diabetes to chronic hypoglycemic agents and diabetes prevention in Arab-American communities.
