Greater Detroit Area Health Council (GDAHC)

GDAHC is a Regional Health Improvement Collaborative (RHIC), which is a non-profit, non-governmental organization composed of numerous leaders spanning business, labor, hospitals and health systems, physician organizations, payers, government, and community organizations. The goal of GDAHC is to improve health and wellbeing in southeast Michigan communities. Through collaboration and partnership efforts, along with innovative planning and strategies, the Council is focused on improving cost-effective allocation, management and use of health care resources, along with addressing the social determinants of health.
