Dr. Aaron Brody is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He received his M.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.P.H. in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. The main focus of Dr. Brody’s research is to determine and communicate cardiovascular risk for emergency department patients and to develop measures to promote blood pressure control. His interests also include increasing awareness of individual cardiovascular risks, encouraging health-promoting behaviors, and improving management and access to care for underserved hypertensive patients.
